This is Matt, my physical therapist, and we're still working hard to rehab my right shoulder impingement. In addition to the homework I do daily on my own, I've crossed the halfway point and today was pt session 7 out of 12 @ NovaCare in Bala Cynwyd. It's slow-going and I'm still experiencing some pain during therapy, in general, and through the night while I'm sleeping. The best part of the sessions is the last 10 minutes of heat applied to my shoulder at the end. But, I'm grateful to Matt and Jehovah Rapha for the healing thus far because it's a little less painful with each passing week. And, of course, I can't forget my hubby Keith... thanks for the moral support and being my coach at home. I'm choosing to mask-up during pt because (GOD FORBID) I'm not tryin' to be dealin' with nothin' else now!
