Just watched Questlove's Earth, Wind & Fire documentary and he created yet another masterpiece. There was so much going on behind the scenes that we never knew, but their musical journey has been awesome just the same. It felt good to know it happened during my lifetime, so I was along for the ride from the first album to the present. But, in spite of everything, there would certainly be no Earth, Wind & Fire without the visionary who made it all happen. He wasn't perfect, no human being is--but there is no denying the band and the music he left behind to change the world, and that's what they did. Rest peacefully in paradise Maurice White (1941-2016). G2S!

😂 The Mother of All Classic TV Mom Quizzes

Okay, I'd like to say that this one was a "Piece of Cake!" too but the truth is, I'd be lying if I didn't say getting 40/40 wasn't a real challenge. My memories of watching TV and reruns (including shows that were made before I was born) go back at least 64 years--when TVs were B&W, there were only three major VHF channels and some UHF channels, and we were using hangers for rabbit ear antennas. Trust me, this one is not for youngins', but please do give it a shot if you think you can handle it! But, I'm still claiming to be #BabyBoomerCertified

The In Memoriam segment with Lauryn Hill-led tributes for D'Angelo and Roberta Flack, along with all the phenomenal artists who participated, was well worth the wait and "hands down," the very best part of the Grammys for me this evening. If you didn't watch it, you really missed a moving and spectacular performance. R.I.P. to all the musical icons and legends we lost in 2025. You will never be forgotten and your music will continue to live on in our hearts forever.

At the time, she was 4 years old and credited as Alicia Cook. She was one of Rudy's friends at the slumber party.
