🇺🇸 Vote By Any Means Necessary

We were present at the National Action Network "Get Out & Vote Bus Tour" today and SBC was their first scheduled stop for an 11:30am luncheon. Rev. Al Sharpton and his Special Guests, Korey Wise and NYC Councilmember Yusef Salaam of the Central Park Exonerated Five, were there. Other local faces in the place were State Senator Vincent Hughes, Vice Chair of the Philadelphia Democratic Party & Former Councilmember Jannie Blackwell, and WURD-FM Radio Host Thera Martin. Of course, Bishop Keith W. Reed, Sr. and a host of clergy from SBC and other area churches were there, as well as dedicated and interested voters like us. From here, the bus tour moved on to their second stop at Temple University, and then to their last stop at Community College of Philadelphia. #VoteByAnyMeansNecessary
