Yo Philly! Do your research and start preparing for this interesting midterm election in November 2026. The 3rd PA Congressional District race to succeed U.S. Congressman Dwight Evans, who will be retiring, is wide open. He has been a true champion for the people in his district for many years and he will be missed.
The following persons have announced they are running or considering running for the seat and all of them are Democrats. In the photo (L-R) are PA State Reps. Morgan Cephas and Chris Rabb, Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium Dr. Ala Stanford, and PA State Sen. Sharif Street. Four additional names are Temple University Professor Karl Morris, Jefferson Health Physician David Oxman, and Philadelphia City Councilmembers Isaiah Thomas and Katherine Gilmore Richardson. Two more people are mentioned in the article, but unnamed.
