If any private property has received storm-related damage, the City of Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management is asking you to complete a secure survey at phila.gov/damagereporter. The information collected in this form will be used to determine the areas and extent of damages related to the series of "microburst" storms. This is not an application for resources and does not guarantee assistance; but it may help the city determine if assistance is available. The survey can be completed by calling 3-1-1 too.
