If you or someone you know is recently experiencing "declines" with Para Transit, Reduced Fare, Senior Fare, or Student Fare Cards, SEPTA is working to resolve the card production issue causing the problem at card readers, fareboxes, and turnstiles. You do not need to replace your card and SEPTA employees will help you access services without disruption. This does not affect standard SEPTA Key cards or other contactless payment methods.
