💯 Real Talk
ATTENTION Aldi, Five Below, Kroger, Target, Walmart, and every other store that is heading exclusively toward self-checkout...
I am saying this again so that maybe, you will understand. The person checking receipts at the exit is stopping everyone and I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense. I had already filled the cart, emptied the cart, scanned my items, bagged my items, and refilled the cart--so I just skipped the exit line and proceeded to leave the store. I heard the person saying, "Umm, excuse me..." as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head while exiting. You can either trust me to do self-checkout or put some cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I'm NOT interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training, that's your problem not mine.
• Keep offering job opportunities and keep people employed.

YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN ITEMS, NOR GIVE ME A STAFF DISCOUNT TO WORK FOR YOU!
Signed, Everybody

💔 Rest Well, Sis. Charmian Brown
Our hearts are broken to learn of the recent passing of Sis. Charmian Brown. She was a beautiful person inside and outside who touched the lives of so many married couples via the various ministry programs that she and her husband, Rev. Kenny Brown, led together. She will be forever missed and we offer our heartfelt condolences and prayers of comfort to the Ken Charmian Brown family. May GOD grant you the "peace beyond all understanding" that only HE can provide at this time.

🤗 At The Playground
Even though it's been a few years since they've done it, my granddaughters decided they wanted to swing today, so mom took them to the playground. She said she didn't mind because it gave her chance to watch them be little girls again!
